At Oyatsu Bokksu, we are committed to ensuring that your experience with us is enjoyable and hassle-free. Whether you are purchasing a one-time box or making another order, our satisfaction guarantee ensures that any issues—be it shipping-related, damaged items, or missing products—are swiftly addressed by our team.
We ship all our boxes via USPS, and all orders shipped with a trackable shipping option are covered by insurance. This provides extra peace of mind as your box makes its way to you. However, please be aware of the following:
Covered by USPS Insurance:

Lost or stolen boxes, if USPS acknowledges the package as lost or stolen.

Damaged items caused by mishandling during shipping.

Boxes damaged due to natural disasters, such as fires, floods, or hurricanes.
Not Covered by USPS Insurance:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Boxes intentionally declined by the recipient.

Damage to packaging that does not affect the contents of the box (e.g., minor blemishes or wear to the outer packaging).

My Box Arrived Damaged, How Can You Help?
While we take great care in packaging each box to protect it during transit, we understand that sometimes damage can occur. If your box arrives damaged, we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Since all boxes shipped with a trackable shipping option are covered by USPS insurance, we will review the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement. To assist us in resolving the issue, please submit a photo of the damage on our email below so we can assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
